Our two bulls thoroughbred race Charolais and Angus breeding our 90 cows during the summer.
Calving are made on the farm during the winter season. Once the calves are born they are fed by their mother's milk. Cows nursing their calves on the inside this season and are then sent to pasture from the month of May. Quietly and at their own pace, calves are grazing of fresh grass complementary milk. Our animals have a surface area of 300 acres for food. During the winter, the animals are fed dry hay and round bales that come directly from the farm
The fat is naturally, without stress, and respecting nature. The fattening period is finished (approximately 1 year), calves for sale sent direct to the slaughterhouse. The abattoir then contacts the client to discuss cuts required by the latter and packaging (packaging ordinary or vacuum). The meat is delivered free of charge within a radius of 40 km. Beyond this distance, additional fees are required unless you spend the next pick.
